Same Die, Two Different Looks

I always think it's fun to take a die or stamp and use it in many ways. Today I'm sharing two Halloween cards useing one die and the same Paper Pack to make two simple but very different looking cards.

Not So Scary Halloween

Happy Monday!

I'm sharing some cute Halloween cards today using my new stamp set for Impression Obsession called Spooky Day. This little 4 x 4 clear set comes with a ghost shape, sentiments and different faces to use on the ghost.

First up. This squirrel is so cute! It's from a stamp set called I Still Fall for You

I started out by inking the CAC Harvest Scene background stamp with green and yellow inks. I cut out the new Large Mushroom die and sponged some color on. Then I added the super cute squirrel from I Still Fall for You. The Phrase is from an older set called Mushrooms Happen

For my next card I watercolored the leaves from the CAC Sketchy Leaves background stamp. Then I die cut the Large Mushroom die and sponged the pieces before assembling. The sentiment is from Mushrooms Happen

For this card I created the background using the new Layered Leaf stencil. The crows and sentiment are from the Autumn Crows stamp set.

My first card uses one of my new sets called Voodoo Doll Sayings. It was made to coordinate with the new Voodoo Doll die from Anna Wight. The face was stamped with faces from the Spooky Day set. The background was created with a new stencil called Web.

Here's another card with Voodoo Doll Sayings & the Voodoo Doll die. This time I used the included dies with the Voodoo Doll die to make the face, I created the background by randomly stenciling the background part of the Layered Leaf stencil.

Next up I combined some sets to make this Halloween card. The phrase is from Spooky Day. The cute pumpkin is from I Still Fall for You and the bat and moon are from Batty Halloween.
